The trend towards sacrificing sleep to maintain crazy work hours may end up having the opposite effect to that intended. According to Harvard sleep researcher, Dr. Charles Czeisler who recently published a study on sleep deficit, cognitive performance is significantly reduced to the point where it is akin to a blood alcohol level of 0.1%, over the legal limit! Shut off that computer and get some sleep!
