The importance of sunlight to our daily lives became much more dramatic recently with the revelation that certain cancers and other ailments more common to those who live in northern climates may be related to deficiency in vitamin D. Let's not forget, however, the importance of dark at night. Get your vitamin D during the day but maximize your melatonin production at night by sleeping in complete darkness for help with insomnia and overall health and wellbeing
