Zenbev Registered Trademark (2007-09-26)

The Zenbev name has been registered in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and assigned to Biosential Inc. Effective September 11, 2007 Zenbev received Registration No. 3,290,277. This means that Biosential has exclusive rights to the Zenbev name. Ironically, patents have a relatively short lifespan (20 years from the date of application) but Trademarks are forever...
