For a condition that Statistics Canada has called "the most common mental health problem in Canada", why don't we hear more about Anxiety Disorders? While 12% of the Canadian population suffer some form of anxiety, this problem is especially prevalent in the young, aged 15-24. The good news is that there are treatments available. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is quite beneficial. We need to bring this common issue much more to the light of day. Follow the link below for more information.
