Rethink Sharing that Bed? (2009-09-30)

Tossing and turning, snoring, bathroom trips...the possible disruptions when you share a bed are many and result in 50% more sleep disturbances reports the BBC. Sleep expert Neil Stanley from the University of Surrey counters the myth that if a couple do not share a bed their relationship is headed for trouble. Historically, he identified that only when living arrangements became smaller around the time of the Industrial Revolution did couples begin sleeping in the same bed all night rather than only sharing it strictly for sex as did the ancient Romans. Dr. Stanley goes so far as to call sharing a bed bad for your health linking the resultant sleep disturbances to depression, heart disease, stroke and lung disorders. Simple solution: take Zenbev for sleep and keep your spouse nice and close and cozy!
