HOW TO TAKE ZENBEV

Taken at night for sleeplessness, and in the morning for stress

½ hour to an hour before bed, start with one scoop mixed in water, juice, applesauce, yogurt or jam. Zenbev has a soothing lemon flavor and is designed to be mixed with almost anything; just try to avoid caffeinated beverages or protein shakes.

Try this for 3 nights and, if required, increase the dosage by one half scoop until the desired effect is reached. You may need to take Zenbev for up to a week or more before the desired effect is reached. After experimenting with this for a while, you should begin to determine the amount that is right for you.

After taking Zenbev, do something very relaxing (listening to calming music, reading, meditating) and not mentally stimulating. Make a separation between the stress of your day and a good night’s sleep.

Be sure to take a B complex vitamin every day. If your body is deplete in certain B vitamins, it may metabolize into them instead of getting to the brain to help with sleep.
Be sure that the room is as dark as it can be. Tryptophan becomes melatonin in the dark and is not as effective if light is present. A sleep mask may be a good idea if you can’t control the light easily.

Reduce environmental distractions as much as possible; wear earplugs if you can’t control the noise, try to maintain a comfortable room temperature, turn the clock away from you to avoid vigilance.

When you reach your effective individual dosage amount, you can take mini breaks. A good rule of thumb is to take Zenbev for 5 nights and then take 2 nights off. This can be during the week with weekends off or whatever suits you. Just as Zenbev may take up to three nights to prime the brain, its effects may be felt for up to three nights after stopping.

Do not drive after taking Zenbev.

Depending upon the severity of the sleeplessness, it may take a few more days, but healthy, natural sleep is within your grasp.
